A gift from Mussa Araf, the Minister of Public Works of the Egyptian region of the United Arab Republic, in May 1959, United Arab Republic, Egyptian region. The name card inside of the jewel box reads: “To the Heroes of Stalingrad to remember their never fading heroism”.
