Gift of the party and government delegation of Vietnam to the panorama museum "Battle of Stalingrad".

Banner. On one side of the banner, an inscription is made with gold paint in French: "The youth of the country of Fabienne and Guy Môquet will never fight against the country of the heroes of Stalingrad" (Jamais les jeunes du pays / de Fabien et de Guy Môquet / ne feront la guerre au pays / des heros de Stalingrad); on the other side, there is an article from the French Constitution: "The French Republic will never use its forces against the freedom of other people" (La République Française / n'emploiera / jamais ses forces / contre / la liberté d'aucun peuple / Constitution Française). A gift from the French youth peasant organization to the youth of Stalingrad, 26.08.1950.
