Plaketa "Prague - the mother of cities" (Praha matka měst). In the lower right corner, there is the author’s mark: "J. Kulhánek". A gift from Adolf Svoboda, primator of Prague, to the Chairman of the Stalingrad City Executive Committee Shapurov S.I. on the 10th anniversary of the liberation of Prague by the Red Army, 1955. The banner with the panorama of the Charles Bridges (Karlův most) on the Vltava river and the Prague Castle (Pražský hrad) hill with the St. Vitus Cathedral on top. The author’s stamp in the lower right corner: “J. Kulhánek”. The text on the lower edge: “Praha matka měst”. A metal plaquette attached to a folder-casing with three compartments. The exterior of the casing is in leather, the interior – in velvet. The blind embossing on the velvet under the plaquette reads: “10. Výročí osvobození / Hl. M. Prahy / Sovétskou armádou / 1945 9.5. 1955” (10th anniversary of the Prague liberation by the Soviet Army).
