The exterior of the casing is in leather, the interior – in velvet. The blind embossing on the velvet under the plaquette reads: “10. Výročí osvobození / Hl. M. Prahy / Sovétskou armádou / 1945 9.5. 1955” (10th anniversary of the Prague liberation by the Soviet Army).
