An engraved dedicatory inscription “Hrdinnému Stalingradu / Čs. spisovatelé a novináři / záři 1947” (To the Heroic Stalingrad from the Czechoslovakian writers and journalists, September 1947) enframed with laurel branches; on the bottom there is the finesse stamp “875” and the manufacturer’s seal.

A gift from a group of communist women from the Association of the 8th of March in the city of Coventry given to the people from Stalingrad during their visit to the UK, November 15 – December 7, 1951.
The gift was handed over to the museum in 1951 by T.S. Murashkina, the chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Yermansky district.
